Surplus Municipal Personal Property Auctions
The City of Streetsboro Police Department intends to sell unneeded, obsolete, or unfit municipal personal property by internet auction during the calendar year of 2019, as is permitted pursuant to O.R.C. 721.15(D) and Streetsboro City ordinance No. 2019-29. The website govdeals.com will be used for this purpose.

The general terms of said internet auction sales shall include the following:
- All sales will be made to the highest bidder and shall be final. All items are sold in an “as is, where is” condition, free from any guarantee or warranty.
- The number of days for bidding on each piece of auctioned property shall be not less than ten (10) days.
- Buyers will have 5 business days to pay for an item. Payment will only be accepted through the govedeals.com website.
- Buyers will have 10 days to remove assets from city property.
